Alumni Spotlight July 2020: Christina & Stephanie

The Pack isn’t your average productivity accelerator. We’re a community. We’re a group of like-minded people who invest our time and energy into building connections, honouring ourselves, and running together to reach the finish line.

Over time, we’ve seen many Packsters come and go – sometimes staying with us for years and sometimes, stopping by as they walk their own path. As a community, we have so many members with such wonderful achievements to be proud of.

We recently caught up with such two alumni: Christina Canters (public speaker and confidence coach of The C Method) and Stephanie Maynard (graphic designer and entrepreneur).

The Pack’s greatest assets

From the many pillars that uphold our community, perhaps the most significant ones are ‘support’ and ‘accountability’. Whether in the context of fueling motivation, lending a listening ear or sharing professional resources, Christina describes The Pack experience as “being surrounded by like-minded people who are there to support you and hold you accountable.”

The community is designed in such a way that it not only fosters a safe learning environment but also allows Packsters the space to set and achieve big goals at their own pace. Through tried-and-tested frameworks and emotional support, The Pack’s leaders often step up to guide individuals through their journeys of career, personal development, fitness and more.

Big goals, bigger wins

Back in 2017, Stephanie stepped into The Pack with one goal: “To help prepare for a Half Ironman race -- I needed routine and consistency with training.” It should come as no

surprise that 3 months and many training sessions later, she showed the world what she was made of. A goal that once seemed formidable transformed into something achievable.

In a similar vein, in 2016 we saw Christina struggling with the overwhelming process of starting a business. Amidst all the noise, our community rallied together to help her “get clear and focused on what was important.” Today, we are incredibly proud to see her running two 6-figure businesses - The C Method and Podcast Services Australia (with her podcast, Stand Out Get Noticed, reaching 1.9 million downloads).

You don’t have to be a lone wolf

"Patience, persistence, momentum.”

While reading success stories online can make you feel inspired, they can sometimes even make you feel like you’re falling behind. The good news is that regardless of what you’re feeling right now: you don’t have to do it alone. As Stephanie sums up, “There is no shame in sharing that experience with others.”

Like many of our existing and alumni Packsters, Christina and Stephanie have taken lessons learnt within The Pack and leveraged them to not only get closer to their destinations but also to make their journeys more serene.

If there is one sentiment that most Packsters share, it might just be this. As Christina shares:

“I’ll never forget what George told me: patience, persistence, momentum.”
